The Water Edition.

Welcome back for our third “Adventure” newsletter. Or, if this is your first, then we’re glad you’re here. We’re going to invite you into our crew. Introduce you to our people. Give you an inside look at our favorite things. .

Come Aboard. We’re Expecting you.

Every month, we’re going to create a themed experience for you. Every month, something different. Our third edition is built around one of life’s greatest necessities and pleasures, water. Oceans, lakes, rivers, really humid air. We’re loving all of it!

We created a couple playlists to carry you away; if you’re out on the water with your country club set, maybe a little Yacht Rock Party. Sitting around the pool or playing bags at the beach? We built Sandy Toes Radio just for you.

“This is your Captain speaking”

Captain Stubing welcomed us aboard The Love Boat in 1977, and kept us mingling for nearly 10 years. Sail away with this dose of nostalgic trivia!

Tropical Shirt Manager

5 questions with our Office Manager and wild tropical shirt addict, Dale.

The Water Edition seemed fitting to ask you why you always dress like you just came back from a beach vacation. What’s the deal?

I‘ve always loved loud, tropical shirts. It’s hard to be sad when you look like an extra on Magnum, P.I., lol. I’ve had the nickname Hawaii Dale since high school.

What is your favorite water activity?

I love deep sea fishing. I caught a 98″ marlin off the coast of Cabo, and it was a life changing moment. I love the amazing, brillilant colors saltwater fish have!

When you’re not on clinic business, what is your favorite pastime?

I love creating things, making things beautiful. I used to build houses, so I find woodworking & carpentry to be cathartic. My happy place is detailing and polishing cars, so when I have a free day, that’s where you’ll find me. I tend to get lost in the experience!

How did you go from being a contractor to running a clinic with your wife, Dr. Michlynn?

We’ve been together almost 20 years. We knew early on that we wanted to run a family clinic together. Homebuilding was a stepping stone to support us while Michlynn finished school and built her career. It gave me an understanding of running a company and managing people and materials that has been invaluable. It’s been a journey, but it is amazing to have the flexibility to raise our girls and work together everyday!

How do you want to be remembered in 100 years?

I want people to think of me as a great support system. I enjoy working in the background to keep things moving, creating an environment people love to be surrounded by.
